FirstKey Homes, LLC (“FirstKey”, “Owner”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects privacy of our Users, and we are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”). In keeping with our commitment to proudly serve our family of residents, making our homes their own, and building communities, one caring experience at a time, we are letting you know how we will collect, use, and share your personal information when you visit or use our firstkeyhomes.com website (“Website”) or our services when you apply to be a renter, use our renter portal, or participate in our loyalty program (collectively, “Services”). Users of the FirstKey Homes Resident mobile application can find the privacy policy specific to that application within the “settings” category of the application menu.

By using or accessing our Website or the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies described in this Privacy Policy (and as updated from time to time), and you hereby consent that we may collect, use, and share your information as described herein. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use ourWebsite or our Services. We may disclose your personal information to third parties who may contact you with information and advertisements for their products and services.

Event-related Disclosures:

From time to time, we may run contests, special offers, or other events or activities (“Events”) on the Service together with a third-party partner. Social Media Plugins

We integrate social media application program interfaces or plug-ins (Plug-ins) from social networks, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, into the Website. In order to register as a user with us, you may have the option to sign in using your social media account login.

For example, when you interact with the Facebook plugin on our Website, it creates a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. This allows Facebook to receive information about your visit to our Website.
